Feedback, a bug, an idea for the next feature, a kind word we can quote — it all arrives in the same inbox, and it is read by the person who builds the thing.
If something is misbehaving, it is worth a look at the FAQ and troubleshooting page first — the common failures are covered there, usually with the fix.
About technical support
PuppyGoHomePacket is a tool, not a service with a support desk — a purchase pays for the software, not for hands-on help, so please don’t buy one expecting a support contract. That said, every message here is read, and we answer as many as time allows. Reports of something genuinely broken go to the front of the queue: tell us which browser you were using and what you saw, and there is a good chance it gets fixed for everyone.
Thanks — your message is on its way.
We read everything that arrives. We can’t promise a reply to every message, but we will genuinely try, and anything that turns out to be a bug gets looked at first.
